INTRODUCTION
Our butchery sells a variety of meat products to include beef, goat, chicken, sausages, pork, rabbits, ducks, and fish. We offer braai services for all our meat products and also do pre-cooked meals.
We make own sausages unique to Junction 24. We have an exclusive way of fire roasting our Kariba bream which is our flagship meal.
The Kariba bream derives its name from its source, the Kariba Dam, it is a unique type of fish only found only in Kariba dam, a border lake between Zambia and Zimbabwe. We supply institutional clients with meat products on contract basis.
- We have a restaurant which serves finger foods, traditional and western dishes and also do meals specific to events and functions. We source our products from reputable known suppliers.
- We offer outdoor services, corporate lunch deliveries, outdoor catering to include weddings, funerals and private parties.
WHAT WE DO
We have three functional themed bars with a garden which accommodates over 500 seated clients. We provide exclusive bar services for events and functions. We stock local beverages and a wide range of imported lagers, wines and spirits.
